Whether you want the latest new releases, the proven best-sellers, or both, there are multiple ways to order products from Diamond. Please note that all orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

• Place monthly Initial Orders from our PREVIEWS catalog and companion PREVIEWS Retailer Order Form for items scheduled to begin shipping two months in the future (i.e. the January PREVIEWS lists items that start shipping in March).
  

• Use Diamond's daily New to Order and weekly New to Order Final Call to see the newest toys and other products offered for sale every business day, with weekly deadlines for ordering.

• Use Final Order Cut-off (FOC) and Order Increase Cut-off (OIC) to adjust your initial orders. Each title or item offered for Initial Order will have a corresponding FOC or OIC date. Orders for FOC titles can be raised or lowered by the FOC date, allowing you to factor previous issue sales into your ordering. Orders for OIC items can be increased with confidence that they will be filled when Initial Orders ship.

• Place Advance Reorders for pending new releases which have passed their FOC or OIC dates. These orders will be filled from extra stock, if available.
  

• Place Reorders for in-stock merchandise. Use Diamond’s Search function and other retailer tools on our website to choose the products that are right for you from among nearly 50,000 in-stock items!
  

Discounts

Diamond offers discounts off retail prices based on the volume of product ordered from our monthly PREVIEWS catalog.

Complete details on discounts can be found in our Terms of Sale, which will be explained in more detail to you – along with special New Account offers – upon receipt of your completed Diamond Account Application and other required documentation establishing your status as a qualified retailer.

Minimums & Other Qualifications

New customers must place an order with a retail value of $425 or more to qualify for a Diamond account. Customers placing monthly initial orders must maintain a monthly minimum order of $425. (Items with retail prices count at full retail towards this minimum, while net priced items count at cost.)

In addition to submitting all required business licenses, retailers without brick and mortar locations must maintain a website with shopping cart functionality that accepts credit cards, or be able to document that products purchased are for resale at conventions, or other legitimate resale activities. Diamond does not distribute to “buying clubs.”

Diamond and its publishers and suppliers have a number of special offers to help new accounts stock up on best-selling in-stock graphic novels, toys, comic book collecting supplies, and more. Details are available upon submission of a completed Account Application.
