When you establish your Diamond account, it will be assigned to either our Olive Branch, MS or Plattsburgh, NY Distribution Center, which will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping your product each week. (More or less frequent shipping options are also available.)

The majority of shipments are delivered via UPS in the continental U.S., or Canpar in Canada. Air and sea freight delivery is available for customers in other areas. (See International Customers.)

Freight charges are normally billed a week in arrears.
