Terms of Sale
The final, exclusive, and complete statement of the terms under which Diamond and its customers will transact business. These terms include procedures and requirements for opening an account; ordering deadlines; payment terms; credit guidelines; shipping; handling of Damages, Shortages, Overages, and returns; Allocations; and conditions of sale. The Terms of Sale also contain a liability disclaimer, a Hold Harmless clause, and a statement of Governing Law with regard to any legal disputes that may arise. Terms of Sale can be found in the Diamond Tools section of the Retailer Services Website.

Please Note: Under the agreements where Diamond acts as the Exclusive Sales Agent for Dark Horse, Image and Marvel, these vendors are free to set their own Terms of Sale with regard to the issues enumerated above. These Terms of Sale may also be viewed as a PDF from the Diamond Tools section.

Top 25 Advance Reorders

A weekly table which appears each Wednesday in Diamond Daily's Top 25 Bestselling Reorder & Advance Reorder Items for two product lines: one for Comics and one for Products (non-comics merchandise), both based on retail sales. Both tables track Advance Reorder activity for a Monday-Sunday period, and offer insights what titles are being Advance Reordered by retailers before they ship.

Top 25 Reorders

A weekly table which appears each Wednesday in Diamond Daily's Top 25 Bestselling Reorder & Advance Reorder Items for two product lines: one for Comics and one for Product (non-comics merchandise)s, both based on retail sales. Both tables track Reorder activity for a Monday-Sunday period, and offer insights into how well titles are selling after they have shipped to retailers.

Top 100 Comics List

A feature in Diamond Daily that lists the 100 comic books that have garnered the largest quantities of actual sales in a given month. This list also indicates each item’s PREVIEWS Order Index, so you can compare your orders to the national average of all Initial Orders that Diamond received on those titles.

Top Sellers

A monthly feature of Diamond Daily's “Industry Stats” section that lists the first 10 to 100 items based on actual sales for products invoiced in a given month. Categories include: Top 100 Graphic Novels/Trade Paperbacks; Top 50 Premier Comics & Graphic Novels; Top 25 Small Press & Graphic Novels; Top 50 Manga Graphic Novels & TPs; Top 25 Toys and Games; and Top 10 Books, Cards, Apparel, Posters, DVDs, and Collectibles. Each list also indicates each item’s in-stock availability at the time of publication.

ToyChest

A Diamond website devoted to the latest and most in-demand toys offered in the PREVIEWS catalog, including those that will be available to consumers only through the Comic Book Specialty Market. The site contains ordering instructions that direct consumers to their local comics shop. ToyChest is also the name of a Diamond Specialty Catalog spotlighting action figures, plush playthings and related collectibles.
